The construction industry causes:

Ecological construction

When planning, we consider the entire life cycle of the building.

This mainly relates to changing usage requirements, building maintenance, as well as recycling and reusability of materials.

Our goal is to create resource-saving and climate-positive building culture with efficient low-tech solutions and to make it available to a broad spectrum of building owners through cost control and economic efficiency.

What materials to use?

For us, bioclimatic design means developing a building that takes into account the geographical and microclimatic characteristics of the location (form follows landscape). We develop appropriate building structures with the utmost care and use ecologically regional building materials to ensure healthy living and energy efficiency. Building services and energy consumption

When it comes to technology we believe that low-tech strategies that decrease the overall energy consumption of the building are the best solution. Part of this is the identification of thermal gains and losses, as well as the active use of natural resources like sun and wind to heat and cool our buildings. That's how we can avoid expensive technology.

Longevity

An ecological building is also one that lasts a long time. We therefore place particular emphasis on the sensible use of high-quality materials to increase the longevity of the building. Reducing inventory and maintenance costs is also part of this.
