Projects
Habitat Lichterfelder Allee
The project at Lichterfelder Allee 4-6 in Teltow represents a well-thought-out urbanization and densification of Ruhlsdorfer Platz. Directly opposite the square, which is currently being redesigned, the new building provides a harmonious complement to the existing surrounding development.
The new building comprises five upper floors, with the top two floors set back, creating generous terrace spaces. Starting from the first floor, the building protrudes towards the street, which not only improves light conditions but also establishes a clear urban connection to the square, integrating the building into the urban environment.
Particular emphasis was placed on a resource-efficient construction method. The load-bearing exterior walls made of sand-lime brick and wood fiber insulation allow for a breathable structure, eliminating the need for ventilation systems. Red external blinds offer integrated sun protection and contribute to the aesthetic quality of the façade, which is clad with ecological bricks. The building offers 23 compact residential units, specifically designed to meet the growing demand for small, efficient living spaces.
Automotive School Centre

The building includes a workshop hall with testing stations and adjacent seminar rooms, as well as an event hall on the upper floor. The clear floor plan simplifies orientation within the building. By incorporating vernacular architecture and integrating the village's structures, the local population will be involved in the hotel's operation and benefit from the location on the popular Annapurna Circuit trekking route.
Kulturbahnhof
A new cultural hub, the 'Kulturbahnhof,' is being created in an old train station building in Hohen Neuendorf, near Berlin. The program includes a versatile library and event spaces that reactivate the centrally located building and appeal to various user groups. A particular challenge is the extension or expansion of the building downwards, as well as the renovation during ongoing operations for the S-Bahn station integrated into the building.

The Train Track Village
The 'Schienensiedlung' is a densification concept within the urban context of Berlin. The starting point of the study is firewalls along the S-Bahn tracks. The investigation examined the potential for residential, work, and leisure spaces. In areas where firewalls are concentrated, a dynamic structure is created through a self-developed zoning plan, which can be applied to any location.
