is an urban development concept for refugee accommodation in Berlin. It was created in 2016 in collaboration with the architect Mahmoud Maarabouni. The core idea of the proposal is to build the temporary accommodation in as urban a location as possible and not to banish it to the outskirts of the city. The central park and green strips in wide streets were selected. (e.g. Gneisenaustrasse, Karl-Marx-Allee) To avoid the impression that these places are being "occupied", all accommodation was raised. By adding other uses, greenery and a public walkway, a new attraction is created that is reminiscent of the Highline in New York.
