The compact volume uses a flexible and open floor-plan and is constructed with ecological methods. The sleek but inviting facade integrates smoothly into the surroundings. A central element is the double-height living room, that functions as a meeting spot within the house and creates an open atmosphere despite the considerably small volume. Construction will be finished in 2025.
